JOHN STEVENSON


John Stevenson, founder of TerraNova 360, is a senior leader with a record of driving growth and revitalization through data-driven, consumer-focused strategies. With global experience across diverse industries, John excels in creating solutions that align with business goals and consumer insights. As a founding principal at CulturaliQ Marketing International, he developed campaigns for clients like Grace Foods and Sephora, achieving successes like a 65% increase in purchase intent for Grace Foods and significant DEI advancements with partnerships like Pink Attitude.

Before CulturaliQ, John co-founded EthnoDialogue Inc., delivering multicultural marketing programs for brands like Ford Canada, Bell Canada, and Re/Max. His multilingual campaigns for Ford, for example, boosted brand awareness by 375%. At Phoenix 360 Solutions, he rebranded St. Joseph’s Health Centre and restructured the Out of the Cold program, cutting costs by 40%.

John’s expertise includes roles in Canada with Loblaws and Holt Renfrew, as well as internationally with J. Sainsbury PLC and as COO of the Life Store with Memorial Herman Health Centre in Texas. Now, he uses this experience to guide TerraNova 360’s clients through an evolving consumer landscape. He is also authoring a book on multiculturalism in business, exploring how organizations can adapt to shifting demographics and political impacts in the Western world.
